Groundhog Day is celebrated on February 2. It is a popular holiday in the United States and Canada, where people celebrate the arrival of spring by observing the weather forecast of a groundhog. The most famous groundhog, Punxsutawney Phil, is from Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania. On Groundhog Day, Phil emerges from his burrow to predict whether there will be an early spring or six more weeks of winter weather. Shout out to Phil.. we are voting for an early spring!
