After daylight savings, I always feel jet-lagged. It takes me a few days to adjust to the new schedule. Napping is a great way to help recover from the time change and get back on track. It’s a scientific fact that a brief power nap can improve mood, increase alertness and even boost productivity. And today is the perfect day to do it, because it’s National Napping Day!
