March 18 – National Quilting Day
National Quilting Day is a day to celebrate the art of quilting! There are Quilting practices all around the world. In 1991, the National Quilting Association started National Quilting Day and since then, it has become a global celebration for all quilt lovers and makers. National Quilting Day is celebrated on the third Saturday in March every year. On this day, quilters everywhere come together to share their love of quilting. There are often special events and workshops held on this day, so it’s a great opportunity to learn more about quilting and meet other quilters. Whether you’re an experienced quilter or just getting started, National Quilting Day is the perfect day to celebrate this amazing craft!
