**This shipping and returns policy only applies to items that are physically shipped.  Digital Downloads are not available for return or refund. Digital downloads are all sales final. 


When purchasing only doll clothes:

For U.S. ground shipping, enjoy a flat rate of $9.95 per order for values up to $35 (orders over $35 ship for FREE). Take advantage of this single, low-price to order as many clothes as you desire! We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, with most orders dispatched within 48 hours. If you place an order on a Friday afternoon (EST), your shipment will be sent out on Monday.

All orders come with tracking numbers, which will be provided to you once your order is shipped. Anticipate delivery within 3-7 days, with shipments originating from Prospect, CT. Our business hours are Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 5 pm.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We do not currently ship internationally.


Returns and Refunds for Physical Products: 

Ensuring your complete satisfaction is our primary objective.

You may return products for exchange or refund (excluding shipping costs) within 7 calendar days of receiving them. Beyond this period, we may, at our discretion, offer an exchange or provide store credit.

In the event that an item arrives damaged or is shipped incorrectly by us, please promptly reach out to Customer Support. Defective or incorrectly shipped items are eligible for replacements, refunds, or store credit, with the refund contingent upon our inspection of the item(s) upon receipt.

To initiate a return, kindly contact our customer service specialists via email or phone to obtain a return authorization number. Please include this number on your shipment, as returns without proper authorization cannot be accepted—this step ensures we can accurately match the return shipment to your account.

All items must be returned in “new, unaltered and as-shipped condition in the original undamaged packaging”*

*Definition of “new, unaltered and as-shipped condition” is as follows:

  1. Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
  2. Within 7 calendar days of the delivery date
  3. Cannot be a special or custom order
  4. In original undamaged packaging
