Shipping and Returns
We use USPS to ship. We have found it to be cost-efficient. All orders are shipped Monday thru Friday, with tracking and Insurance. Tracking will be sent to you when your order ships. Most orders will arrive within 4-10 days or sooner depending on how far away from Connecticut you are.
- **HOLIDAY DEADLINES: If this is needed in time for Christmas, please place your order by Dec. 10.
- Little Doll Threads will be closed from Dec 13, 2023 – Jan 1, 2024. We will not be shipping during this time.
- We will reopen on Jan 2, 2024.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority and we want you to be happy with your purchase.
We accept returns for exchange or refund (less shipping costs unless item is defective or the wrong item was shipped) up to 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. After 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only at our sole discretion. Items must be returned in “new, unaltered and unused condition”.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund (including shipping costs). Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) upon receipt at our business.
To return an item please contact us via email for an authorization number to include on your shipment. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns without a return authorization number as we cannot match the return shipment to your account.
Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
- Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
- In the same condition it was received
- Within 7 calendar days of the delivery date
- Must not be a special order or a custom order
- In original packaging
