  • Domestic orders typically take 3-5 business days to reach their destination.
  • International orders, while exciting, may require a bit more patience, with delivery times of up to 2-3 weeks.

Shipping Schedule:

  • We work diligently to send out your orders promptly, Monday through Friday.
  • All orders placed by 1 pm (EST) on weekdays will be shipped out the same day.
  • Orders received after 1 pm (EST) will be sent out the following business day.

RETURNS – 

At Bella Katella we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. Your happiness is our ultimate goal. To facilitate a smooth and transparent return process, we have outlined our return policy below:

  • DIGITAL DOWNLOADS ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE. 

1. Returns within 7 Calendar Days: We gladly accept returns for exchange or refunds (excluding shipping costs) on products purchased from our website within 7 calendar days after the delivery of the product. Beyond this period, we reserve the right to offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion.

All products must be returned in a condition that meets the criteria of “new, unaltered, and as-shipped,” as defined below:

  1. The item should exhibit no signs of wear or damage in any manner.
  2. The return must occur within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.
  3. Custom or special orders are not eligible for return.
  4. The product must be returned in its original undamaged packaging.

2. Damaged or Incorrectly Shipped Items: In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged item or if an item is incorrectly shipped by us, please get in touch with our Customer Support team immediately. Items that are defective or have been shipped incorrectly from our end qualify for replacement, refunds, or store credit. Please note that refunds are subject to inspection upon receipt of the returned item(s) at our warehouse.

3. Initiate the Return Process: To initiate a return, please reach out to our dedicated customer service specialists via email or phone. They will assist you in obtaining a return authorization number, which must be included on your shipment. Please be aware that we are unable to accept returns without a valid return authorization number, as this ensures a seamless matching of the return shipment to your account.
